#DraagJeFlesjeBij

Fifty billion bottles are thrown away every year. This has a major impact on the world we live in. That is why Wable takes action!

Together with students from GLU, Wable is putting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into action with the campaign ‘Draag je flesje bij!’ (‘Carry your bottle!’). The official opening took place on Thursday 16th December 2021 in Utrecht with support from Utrecht4GlobalGoals.

The deposit of the bottles contributes to the realisation of Wable Safe & Clean drinking water points in Kenya.

Quest project HU 2021-2022

Data storage on maintenance of water treatment systems in Kenya is now done analogously. Students from the Hogeschool Utrecht (University of Applied Sciences Utrecht) have looked at possibilities to digitize this. Quest is an interdisciplinary assignment of Hogeschool Utrecht. Brent and Floor study Industrial Engineering and Management and Yanniek study Mechanical Engineering.

Quest project HU 2019-2020

In November 2019 students from University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (HU – Hogeschool Utrecht) presented their results of the Quest project for Wable. They did an amazing job on researching new innovative ways of water management system #fintech.

The collaboration boosted our pilot project in Kenya in 2020. MSafi ATM was further developed by the Wable tech team and installed in 3 pilot locations in Homabay County.
